while playing the latest episode of Orphan Black on BBC America (S2/E7)during the second set of commercials a Verizon ad plays and then another black window pops up saying your video will start shortly but never does. I've also tried to restart the video several times and about half the time I get th e same black hole at the beginning of the video that just sits there until I redirect to something else. I am using Windows 8.1 and the time is about 10:59 am central time. I've been forced to watch the Version ad some may time trying to get back to the video that I now have a very bad attitude about Verizon. I will turn the sound down and/or change channels from now on when every any of their ads come on. I'm sure that is not the feeling Verizon is trying to evoke with this ad. I think if I hear their ad one more time I may scream!

As I am on an extended visit with my mother out of state, I've been using the Watch TV feature from my computer for about the last 2 months and have encounter this issue on many, many, many occlusions. Before it happen during may programs but always seem to be connected with the Polo Loco ads.I took about 2 hours of my time a few weeks ago to call into customer service to get some resolution but the representatives had no idea of what I was talking about and advised me that there were no other issues like this reported and kind of had an attitude that I did not know what I was talking about. I was very frustrated and very mad in the end. Then much to my surprise I found this thread today and was mad again because of the way I had been treated before by CS reps. It's really bad when your consumers know more than your CS reps.
