I AM A LONG TIME COMCAST CUSTOMER. I AM OUT OF THE COUNTRY ON VACATION. I CANNOT WATCH HBO HERE FOR OBVIOUS REASONS. I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO WATCH GAME OF THRONES HERE ONLINE, BUT YOUR WEBSITE WILL NOT ALLOW ME. IT SAYS I AM NOT ALLOWED BECAUSE I AM NOT IN THE U.S. I ALSO ATTEMPTED TO CHAT LIVE ONLINE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT YOU WOULD NOT LET ME. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE (WHICH IS QUITE EXPENSIVE FROM THE PHILIPPINES) AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME. IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS????? TO SAY THAT I AM INCREDIBLY UPSET IS A SERIOUS UNDERSTATEMENT. FIX THIS. NOW. NOT LATER, NOW. STOP WHATEVER YOU'RE NOT DOING, PUT DOWN YOUR COFFEE, GET OFF FACEBOOK, AND FIX IT NOW. DO YOUR JOB. NOW. RIGHT NOW.
