Thanks for the clarification. I know how it is being a Comcast customer. I hate some commercials so much I would lose my mind without the mute button.
I have never seen the Salem or even a WGN commercial in my area.
I thought you might fine this info useful if you do not already know about it. The next time you need to call Comcast try this instead.

The best things about using chat are they do not put you on hold and you do not have to press a button to hear a recording that tells you to press another button.
