Yur description of the problem and solutions is meaningless. It has nothing to do with my settings, Flash Player or anything on MY computer. Videos play on every other website except the ones on Comcast's homepage. The commercial preceding the video plays and then the orange highlighting on the side of the blan screen just skips every other video and keep sskipping, going around and around the list and never playing anything. I have been through every level of tech support, including advanced support at least twice, online and on the phone. I've given up -this is an internal Comcast problem because it affects only Comcast's homepage and not one other site. But you people at Comcast just won't admit it yet you raise rates anytime you feel like it. I'm sick of talking to terrible customer support people who don't know what they are talking about. And now you want to merge with Time Warner Cable? You are already a monopoly- the cable companies split up the country into their own sections years ago.
