Comcast servics are awful. What's the point of having an online presense if it is crappy, hangs, and freezes? I can see why Comcast won Consumerist's 2014 Worst Company in America award. Sigh.
Without a doubt the streaming service is buggy in the extreme and in general the end users who freqent here are of more help than the official Comcast support people.
You have no idea how happy I was to hear that Comcast won "Consumerist's 2014 Worst Company in America award", maybe the board of directors / CEO / CFO will take notice and take steps to do something about it.
