Been experiencing this issue for 2 days now with the series Good Wife

 

a) What is the Asset Name, Season number/Episode number and please provide the URL/link of the video

 

The Good Wife - Season 5 - Episodes 1, 2, and 3 all have this issue


b) Name of the ad that is disrupting playback or the last ad that played

 

Seems to usually be the Buick Ad and it is the first set of ads. It is also jumping to this add almost immediately after starting the video.

 


c) During what set of commercial was the issue happening? (example: "The video does not resume after the second set of commercials)

 

It seems to be during the first and second set of commercials. Even if I get past it, then the commercials start again and all of a sudden it jumps to the end of the episode.


d) What Operating System you are using? (Mac 10.6, Windows 8, Windows 7, etc.)

 

Windows - I have been using this same computer to watch episodes for months without any previous trouble other than an occasional freezing.


e) What Web Browsers are you using? (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.)

 

Firefox - been using this for months


f) What time of day did this occur? (example: "Issue happened when I tried watching video at 3:30 PM EST) This may seem like an odd request but ads can rotate throughout the day. This means that a video may not work at 10:00 AM but will work at 3:00 PM.

 

The middle of the day. Tried yesterday around 12 or 1 and then today at a similiar time. Both days have the same issue.

 

 

This is very frustrating. I would really appreciate some sort of resolution if possible.
