Have new X1 installation. Retrieve a prior show from the listings and it the network pops right up, plays the commercials then goes to the program screen --- says it buffering and never stops buffering or start the program before going to an issuing an error message and suggests you try again.
This is on a top of the line high end laptop. Acts the same on my desktop PC, also a high end product. Both are running Win 8.1 Pro. My download speed on speednet testing exceeds 50mps.
What's the problem?
