ROG YOU ARE DEAD A-- WRONG!
THE PROBLEM IS A COMCAST SOFTWARE ISSUE WITH A FIX THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE APPLIED REGION BY REGION OVER A YEAR AGO AND MY XFINITY TV ONLINE STILL DOES NOT WORK.
I HAVE THE DIRECT REPAIR # AND A "CONTACT" IN THE DEPT WHO HAS RECENTLY INFORMED ME THAT THERE IS NO DATE SET FOR THE "FIX" TO BE APPLIED TO MY REGION.
I STRONGLY SUSPECT YOU HAVE SOME CONNECTION TO COMCAST FOR YOU ARE AN UNABASHED LIAR AS ARE MANY OF THE COMCAST TECHS.
