I've installed version 12 of flash, right from the OH OH page on xfintiy page, 4 times, it still won't play and leaves the same message. Running windows explorer 10, even tried upgrading to windows explorer 11. Still no change. At a loss at this point. Will work on Google chrome though, just don't like Google chrome. Want to make it work on Windows explorer
